Study Reiki in a supportive, community-based setting.
This in-person group training is offered once a year and is our most affordable way to study Reiki face to face. Many students have shared how much trust developed within the group over several months, and how valuable it was to learn from one another’s experiences along the way.
Held one Saturday each month, this format is ideal for people who work full-time or have weekday commitments. If you are looking for a shared learning experience with time to practice, reflect, and grow, this program may be the right fit.
This three-month course builds a strong foundation for your Reiki journey, whether you plan to use it for personal healing, support loved ones, or eventually offer sessions professionally. The material is presented in manageable steps to help you develop confidence and practical skill.
The group meets once a month for instruction and practice. Students may also choose one-on-one mentoring once each month with Sarah, where they can ask questions, practice techniques, or receive Reiki. Monthly Reiki Shares provide another opportunity to deepen skills. To earn the Reiki I certificate, students must demonstrate basic table sessions and complete at least eight practice sessions. Some practice may be completed during class, Reiki Shares, and mentoring, but additional practice outside class time is still expected. Certification is completed through a scheduled appointment once the student is ready.

Join us for community, clearing, and hands-on practice of your Reiki skills. Anyone attuned to at least Reiki I, from any teacher or lineage, is welcome. The first 30 minutes are set aside for questions and sharing experiences, followed by 90 minutes of giving and receiving Reiki with one another. It is a valuable opportunity for a tune-up, deeper practice, and connection. For students currently studying Reiki with Embrace Your Essence, Reiki Shares are included in tuition. For all others, a suggested donation of $10–20 applies. Shares are typically held in person on the third Wednesday of each month, with one remote Zoom gathering each quarter.
One-on-one mentoring offers Embrace Your Essence students individualized support for developing skills and practice. These sessions are a chance to ask questions, explore challenges, review techniques, and receive guidance tailored to your needs.
