This comfortable lower chalet unit offers a warm, inviting stay with 2.5 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Inside, you’ll find a kitchen and dining area, a living room, and a foosball table for relaxed time together. Outside, the patio features a seasonal saltwater outdoor pool, an all-season electric 6-person hot tub, a BBQ, and patio furniture for easy days and evenings.
The property spans 50 forested acres in a beautiful, well-situated setting, complete with trails, a pond, and a river. Nearby, two lakes are just a 5-minute drive away, Beaver Valley ski hill is 15 minutes away, and Grey County offers plenty of adventure. For colder months, the unit is kept cozy with central heat, baseboard heaters, and an electric fireplace.
Entertainment is easy to enjoy throughout the stay, with a flat-screen TV in the living room, another in the kitchen, and WiFi for connecting your laptop to stream Netflix or YouTube. Guests also have access to board games and books for quiet evenings or rainy days.
The kitchen is well equipped with induction cooktops, a free-standing oven that can fit two regular-size pizzas or a whole turkey, plus a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. With spacious rooms and 11 beds, the unit can sleep up to 17 people without using the couches or pull-out sofa bed.
