Indigenous wisdom may offer one of our strongest paths toward a more balanced way of being—for ourselves, for one another, and for the planet. In this retreat, participants will be introduced to two grieving traditions: the Lenape way, and Celtic traditions from Ireland and the highlands of Scotland. Together, we will explore how grief can be offered back to the land as nourishment, and how the five natural elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—can guide us along a healing journey from grief to love. This experience invites a deeper relationship between our grief and the wider ecologies we live within.
