Amanda Blaire Wellness invites you to experience a deeply healing retreat beneath the Harvest Full Moon, held in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.
On 16 acres of natural serenity, we’ll come together at Bee and Bear Boutique Nature Lodge & Retreat to step away from daily demands and return to a more grounded state of being.
This retreat is designed for the busy mind that longs for rest, relaxation, and renewal. It is ideal for anyone who finds it difficult to give themselves permission to pause and prioritize their wellbeing.
Daily classes will include Energy Clearing, Finding Joy, Meditation, Full Moon Ceremony, Intuition Development, Breathwork, Sunrise Yoga & Soundbath, Somatic Healing, and more.

- 7:30 am – Sunrise meditation/soundbath & gentle movement
- 9:00 am – Breakfast
- 10:00 am – 2:00 pm – Integration/optional excursion to Red Rock Canyon
- 2:00 pm – Lunch
- 3:00 pm – Workshop
- 4:00 pm – Integration, private sessions (included in retreat fee)
- 5:00 pm – Breathwork
- 6:30 pm – Dinner & personal time
Sunday
- 7:30 am – Sunrise meditation & soundbath
- 9:00 am – Breakfast
- 9:30 am – Closing ceremony
- 10:30 am – Departure
