Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)

Take part in a gentle stroll along a mild path through a eucalyptus and redwood forest, and discover the restorative power of Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku. This science-backed practice is known to help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and support immunity through mindful immersion in nature.

Led by an Elemental Wellness Guide, this experience invites you to slow down and engage with the forest in a deeper way. Rather than simply admiring the landscape, you are encouraged to meet it as a source of healing, guidance, and reflection. The atmosphere supports a sense of calm, clarity, and renewed connection—both with the natural world and with your inner self.
