Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside many remarkable women — some arriving solo for a personal time of reflection and renewal, others coming with close friends to reconnect and create new memories together. Whether you’re looking for space to explore inwardly or hoping to celebrate the joy of female friendship, these walking retreats offer a beautiful blend of freedom, support, and heartfelt connection.

Move at your own pace through historic landscapes and culturally rich surroundings, guided by a compassionate, experienced female host who understands the importance of feeling safe, seen, and completely at ease in your own skin.

Choose a 5-day or 7-day walking retreat, with flexible route options designed to suit your energy and curiosity. Go further, slow down, or simply follow the rhythm that feels right for you — the journey is yours to shape.

Longer stays are available at a discounted rate, and a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Come to walk, laugh, reflect, and reconnect — in nature, in sisterhood, and in your own time.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FOR WOMEN ONLY RETREAT:

• Daily walks with a professional, caring, qualified female guide.
• Easy to moderate walks lasting from 2 to 8 hours, depending on your chosen route, distance, and pace.
• Beautiful countryside throughout every route.
• Opportunities to visit markets and medieval towns, swim in lakes and rivers, explore castles and caves, and enjoy memorable wine-tasting experiences and gastro restaurants.
• Welcome aperitif.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

• Airport or train station transfers from Carcassonne, Bram, or Castelnaudary.
• All transport to and from all walks in the region (if not starting from the Razès Gîtes) and supermarkets.
• Accommodation at the Razès Gîtes in fully equipped apartments.
• Professional female guide on all walks.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

• Continental breakfast (€10) and/or picnic lunch (€10) and/or 3-course evening meal with wine (€25).
• Inclusion of wellbeing activities in your schedule (as listed on the Wellbeing Activities page).

• Airport pick-up/drop-off from Toulouse at an additional supplement of €100.
