Held at Casa Chango in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, this weeklong immersion runs from Feb 6-13, 2027, and is guided by Andrea “DRE” Hartley.
FLOW invites you to reconnect with your natural playfulness, longing, and sense of freedom. Many of us spend too much of life living from the neck up, carrying old armor without even noticing it. This experience is designed to help you go deeper into the body, shift your perspective, and remember what it feels like to be supported, to play, and to let go.
Over the course of a transformative week, FLOW offers a sanctuary for the nervous system and a return to the soul. The intention is to bridge emotional alchemy with physical liberation, helping you gather the fragmented parts of your inner child and integrate them into a fuller, freer, more authentic expression. It is an invitation to stop hiding, stop holding back, and begin romancing your life.
Through a carefully woven blend of grounding and expansive practices, you will be guided through release, expression, and integration in a supportive container.
Everything is optional.
Enjoy a La Punta Beach excursion, where integration continues in nature and local culture as you spend time on the beach, explore the shops, and take in the sunset together. A professional aerial photoshoot is also included, offering a chance to celebrate your journey and capture your strength, vulnerability, and self-expression in the silks or hammock.
