A SUP yoga experience designed to connect you with nature, movement, and the peaceful energy of the lagoon.
You’ll be picked up at the meeting point and transferred to a private lagoon about 20 minutes from Tulum.
On the way, there will be time to introduce ourselves, and you’ll also hear more about the place we’re visiting.
Once we arrive, we’ll begin with a 75-minute SUP yoga class, or stand up paddle yoga, created with the intention of connecting and sending healing energy to nature.
After class, we’ll take a short break with fresh juice and fruit, then continue with a paddle board session and have time to explore the lagoon on the boards.
At the end of the experience, you’ll be driven back to the meeting point.
This private lagoon is part of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve lagoon system.
Sian Ka’an means “where the sky is born” in the Mayan language.
The Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve is the largest protected area in the Mexican Caribbean, covering around 650,000 hectares (6,200 km2) over 120 km from north to south, both on land and at sea, between the municipalities of Tulum and Felipe Carrillo Puerto. It is one of the most important wildlife areas on the Yucatán Peninsula.
It includes lagoons, beaches, dunes, cenotes, coral reefs, and tropical jungle, and is home to 2,638 animal species, including 115 mammals, 72 reptiles and amphibians, and 393 birds.
In 1987, UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site for its uniqueness and megadiversity.
No experience is needed, and first-time yogis and paddlers are welcome.
Before and after the reserve visit, we’ll stay in touch to answer any questions you may have.
The meeting point and time may change for private group requests.

This experience is created in collaboration with friends from SUP Yoga Tulum, and I have been teaching with them for the past five years.

We’ll meet at Matcha Mama Pueblo, located on Avenida Andromeda between Centauro and Orion Sur, in downtown Tulum, at 8:00 A.M.
