Settle into a soulful escape at a beautiful bohemian manor house near the Dorset coast, where an intimate retreat invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect. With gentle yoga, immersive sound healing, and nourishing plant-based meals, this weekend is designed to support a full nervous system reset, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply held.
A deep rest retreat like no other, this manor house experience takes place in a quiet Dorset village, not far from the Jurassic Coast. From the moment you arrive, the pace begins to shift. Behind the gates, the outside world gently fades, replaced by stillness, spaciousness, and a sense of ease.
Surrounded by beautiful grounds, the manor becomes a sanctuary for rest and regulation. The retreat offers an opportunity to step away from constant doing and return to being, creating space to unwind, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and restore balance.
The atmosphere is intimate yet spacious, with the calm elegance of the house supporting practices that encourage deep rest. Each day unfolds slowly with restorative yoga, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing, all chosen to soothe the body and quiet the mind.
There is also time between sessions to simply be. Wander through the gardens, rest in peaceful corners of the house, or head outdoors to enjoy the surrounding landscape, open skies, and grounding walking paths.
Shared meals bring warmth and connection to the weekend. There is no pressure and no rush, only space to soften, listen inwardly, and return to yourself. By the end of the retreat, you may feel steadier, clearer, and deeply restored.
Across the weekend, Saira will guide sessions of vinyasa, restorative yoga, and vagus nerve and nervous system reset workshops, suitable for all abilities.
In-house vegan chef Gilly from Wyld Green Kitchen will nourish you each day with balanced, healthy meals, juices, and snacks, prepared with creativity and care.
A short drive to Eype offers the chance to enjoy a group walk along a stunning beach on the Jurassic Coastline, with the option to swim if you wish.
Over the weekend, you will experience two blissful sound healing workshops featuring gong and seven chakra crystal bowls, designed to help you rest, balance, and realign your energy field. Each day also includes time for meditation and mantra sharing for positive affirmations.
There is plenty of time to relax and book a session with the holistic therapist, with massage, healing, or reflexology available from £40.
The venue offers a range of boho, quirky, and artistic rooms, from a four-poster bed with a roll-top bath to shared attic spaces and antique French beds with ensuite facilities.
Little and Big attic room can be booked together as a shared twin ensuite or separately, with the Big attic room then using the downstairs bathroom. Please note that the Little attic room is accessed via the Big attic room and is not completely private.
