General check-in begins from 4.00pm onwards. If you would like a Friday therapy, please pre-book it by email.
Massages can also be booked separately, including aromatherapy full-body massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, head, neck and shoulder massage, and Aromatouch, all offered by qualified, welcoming therapists.

7.15pm Meditation and Welcome with Tim

Saturday

7.45am Silent Walking Meditation with Tim, including outdoor walking meditation. Please bring a winter coat, and we recommend a hat, scarf, and gloves.

8.30am Yoga with Fiona

10.00am Breakfast

11.10am Depart on foot for forest bathing and a walk lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please bring walking boots or wellies for the forest.

1.15pm Meditation and Relaxation with Tim

2.30pm Lunch, followed by free time. Massage options available.

3.20pm Free time. Massages and therapies available.

5.45pm Meditation with Tim

6.30pm Yoga with Lucy

7.30pm Dinner

8.30am Yoga with Chrissie

10.00am Breakfast

11.10am Meditation with Tim

12.00pm Depart for a visit to the temple on Inish Rath Island

12.30pm Kirtan chant music, followed by a lecture for the general public on Vedic wisdom

1.45pm Kirtan mantra music, or time to relax around the island at your own pace. We recommend bringing wellies or walking boots in winter.

2.45pm The Sunday Feast, a delicious lunch. 3.45pm departure from the island.
