Fascia Universe 125hr Advanced Yoga & Somatics Training

This in-depth 125-hour training weaves together yoga, somatic movement, osteopathy, and cymatics through the study of fascia, inviting participants to explore the body’s structural, visceral, and craniosacral dimensions in a highly experiential way.

With a strong focus on embodiment and self-discovery, the program supports a deeper relationship with your own body and with the bodies of others. It is designed for those who feel called to investigate the subtle and intricate connections that shape human movement, health, and awareness.

Curriculum Highlights:

• 1. Fascia Unveiled: Develop a clear understanding of fascia as a vital connective tissue that surrounds and penetrates muscles, bones, organs, and fluid systems. Examine how it supports communication and connectivity throughout the body, influencing movement as well as emotional and energetic states.
• 2. Structural Exploration: Study the relationship between fascia, muscles, and bones in depth. Through guided somatic practices, learn to recognize and release fascial restrictions linked to tension and pain, supporting greater mobility and alignment.
• 3. Visceral Anatomy: Explore the connection between fascia and the organs. Learn how visceral manipulation techniques may influence organ function, create space for emotional release, and support vitality. The training also examines the links between visceral health, fascia, and the nervous system.
• 4. Craniosacral System: Gain insight into the craniosacral system and the role of cranial fascia in fluid dynamics within the central nervous system. Participants will explore ways to support craniosacral balance and release tension, encouraging deep relaxation and healing at a foundational level.
• 5. Sound and Healing: Experience the impact of sound healing through cymatics. Discover how sound vibrations can affect fascia, encourage cellular resonance, release tension, and enhance overall wellness. Practical sound healing sessions will explore the sonic qualities of different instruments and techniques.
• 6. Embodiment Practices: Through yoga, somatic movement, and healing touch, cultivate a more embodied way of being. Learn to listen to the body’s signals and allow them to inform your practice, while deepening presence, awareness, and authenticity in movement and healing work.

Training Objectives

Practical sessions focus on yoga, somatic movement, fascia unwinding, osteopathy techniques, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral methods. Each participant will have the chance to practice with peers while receiving feedback and guidance.

Embodiment: Interactive lectures and discussions cover somatic awareness, fascia, musculoskeletal anatomy, the visceral system, and craniosacral mechanics, offering a richer understanding of how these systems support health and healing.

Wisdom Talks: Immersive sound experiences invite participants to explore vibrational healing and witness the transformative effects of sound on the body and fascia.

Cymatics and Sound Bath Experiences: Group discussions create space to share experiences, insights, and reflections throughout the training, building community and support.

Integration Circles: Designed for yoga practitioners and teachers, bodyworkers, movement practitioners, dancers, and health professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the human body, especially fascia and its many roles in well-being. No prior osteopathy knowledge is required—only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

• 7:30am - 10:30 am: Morning Sadhana (Meditation / Pranayama / Somatic Movement, Fascia Unwinding & Yoga)
• 10:30am - 12:30pm: Brunch
• 12:30pm - 2:30pm: Wisdom Talks (Somatics awareness in relation to Fascia embodiment, Cymatics)
• 2:30pm - 3:00pm: Tea Break
• 3:00pm - 4:00pm: Embodied Anatomy (Fascia Exploration)
• 4:15pm - 6:00pm: Integration Station (Thai massage meets Osteopathy, Somatic Yin Sound Journey, Yoga Nidra)
• 6:15pm: Closing

Hybrid Program: 25hr online module + 100hr in-person training.
