Facilitator in Residence (FIR)

Join the Facilitator in Residence (FIR) experience at Kalikalos, where community life and holistic practice come together in a meaningful exchange. FIRs are not only participants in the retreat community, but also contributors who share their skills and services with others, helping to shape a rich and nourishing atmosphere for everyone involved.

Over the years, facilitators have offered a wide range of sessions and practices, including yoga, massage, art therapy, voice and singing, the Feldenkrais method, theatre, dance, aromatherapy, creative writing, meditation, astrology, and Sociocracy. This creates space for both personal presence and shared learning, allowing each residence to bring its own unique rhythm and inspiration.

Whether through movement, creativity, reflection, or healing arts, the FIR model supports connection, exchange, and a vibrant sense of community.
