We travel to Rishikesh, a sacred village set in the foothills of the Himalayas, where saints and Vedic masters have lived and taught for thousands of years. With more than twenty years of experience exploring and studying in this remarkable place, we are able to offer an intimate, insider perspective — far from the usual tourist route and deeply connected to living tradition.

This is a rare chance to experience the source of the Vedic tradition through the guidance of deep knowledge and personal experience. You will visit sacred temples in the Himalayan foothills, witness ceremonies on the banks of the Ganges, bathe in the holy river, meditate in ancient caves, and meet local swamis. Experiencing India in this authentic and personal way brings a deeper appreciation of the wisdom behind our practice and enriches your meditation in a way that can only happen at the source.

THE MEDITATION PROGRAMME

Enjoy a carefully designed programme of gentle yoga, refined breathing techniques, and deep meditation, all held in the supportive atmosphere of the ashram. This rare setting gives you the space to deepen your practice, experience profound purification, and open to an accelerated expansion of consciousness.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

When you arrive in New Delhi, you will be met at the airport and transferred to a modern, comfortable hotel for rest and a welcome dinner together. The following morning, we travel by first-class train through the Indian countryside to Rishikesh, where we stay in a simple ashram on the banks of the Ganges. The retreat ends in Rishikesh, after which you return to New Delhi for your onward journey.

Once you arrive at New Delhi airport, transport, accommodation, and some meals for the retreat are included. Flights to and from New Delhi are not included. You will also need extra spending money for shopping, some meals, and other personal expenses.
