We are delighted to return to this beautiful retreat centre and spend a full week immersed in yoga, with the essence of self at the heart of every practice.
Across the week, you will be guided through daily Hatha and Vinyasa flow sessions, alongside three additional afternoon sessions offering the softer pace of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pranayama. Each day will also include an afternoon guided meditation session, followed by calming late-evening Yoga Nidra meditations.
You are welcome to join every offering or to step away for private time. There will be plenty of space to relax by the pool, enjoy the grounds, or explore further afield.
With only 12 places available, this retreat allows for a high level of personalised attention throughout your stay.
Our intention is to offer space, support and guidance as you work toward restoring inner balance. At the heart of the practice is a return to the clarity and quiet joy of the calm, abiding essence within.
A yoga retreat is a chance to reset, replenish and restore while also enjoying the feel of a special holiday. It is equally an opportunity to connect with other like-minded yogis and share in the spirit of community and sangha.
Annabelle and Verity first met during their three-year BWY training in 2013, and since then their yoga paths have continued in parallel and in harmony, complementing one another through shared interests and passion. This will be their second retreat together at YogApulia, and they are thrilled to return and share this space once again.

Accommodation and Facilities
The retreat centre is set within 2.5 acres of grounds in a valley surrounded by olive and almond groves.
Accommodation includes six twin rooms and one double room, each with a private ensuite bathroom. All rooms have been renovated to a high standard using locally sourced materials, creating a luxurious yet simple and understated atmosphere. A large outdoor courtyard serves as the main communal dining area, while several terraces provide space to unwind in either sun or shade.
At the centre of the complex, the swimming pool becomes a vibrant meeting point, where blue water meets green olive trees and red earth.
Food is an important part of both practice and daily life. The menu is designed to be varied, unprocessed and nourishing, supporting energy and wellbeing. Meals are predominantly plant based, with some vegetarian options. Wherever possible, produce is local, seasonal and organic, sourced and grown at YogApulia.
Refreshments are available throughout the day, including tea, coffee, water and fruit.
Brindisi International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car, while Bari is located further north, around 55 minutes away. Hiring a car in Puglia is relatively inexpensive and offers a convenient way to explore the surrounding countryside, historic towns and beaches. Both Bari and Brindisi airports offer a wide choice of car hire companies, including Avis and Hertz, and it is recommended to book in advance. Alternatively, a taxi can be arranged to collect you on arrival.
