This retreat brings together the refinement and depth of non-dual tantric teachings with the practical support of modern psychotherapy. It is designed to create the conditions for deep emotional healing and meaningful spiritual transformation.
Over 7 days, you will be guided through practices and teachings that help you connect more fully with your body, your inner world, and the many expressions of your Self. Tantric meditation and breathwork are woven throughout the program to support embodiment, presence, and sensitivity.
Through this process, you will explore how psychological pain and trauma can be transformed. Emotional healing becomes a source of energy for spiritual growth, while energetic blockages and limiting beliefs are brought into awareness, understood, and purified.
The retreat also includes psychotherapeutic work in pairs and small groups, offering space to explore both your own process and the experience of supporting another person with care and presence. You will learn how to relate to discarded or wounded parts of the psyche, and how to build deeper safety, trust, and security within yourself.

The foundation of this work is all-embracing love — your true nature. With spiritual and energy body practices, the retreat creates a strong base for embodied presence, lucidity, and sensitivity, all of which support emotional healing.
Each morning begins with body-based practice. Breathwork helps open the body’s energy channels and calm the mind, followed by tantric and somatic meditation designed to cultivate spaciousness and alive presence. After breakfast, the theory unfolds through discourse and group discussion, covering suffering, the subconscious mind, subtle anatomy, buried pain, the power of the heart, self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-love, and the vision of non-duality.
In the afternoon, theory is brought into practice through simple individual and group exercises, followed by practical therapeutic methods practiced in pairs or small groups. By the end of the retreat, these tools are intended to support self-practice and empower you to become your own therapist.
Each evening ends with grounding work through subtle energetic or somatic movement practices, bringing the day’s emotional and energetic experience back into stillness, balance, and peace. The journey is held in a safe and supportive container by qualified and experienced facilitators.
