Rooted in ancient Tibetan wisdom, this retreat invites participants to renew, restore, and deepen self-healing through reconnection with the Five Elements, Five Chakras, and Five Inner Lights. By exploring Geksel, or the elimination of obstacles, the program supports a clearer understanding of one’s nature and a steadier response to life’s challenges with balance and awareness.
Drawing from Tibetan Buddhism and Sowa Rigpa, the Science of Healing, guests are guided to discover their individual elemental constitution and to learn how Space, Wind, Fire, Water, and Earth shape body, energy, and mind. With experiential teachings and meditation, the retreat offers an approachable yet meaningful introduction to Tibetan Medicine for both seasoned practitioners and those new to meditation.
The overall intention is to foster a deeper connection with true nature, encouraging self-healing, support for the healing of others, emotional equilibrium, and an embodied understanding of timeless contemplative traditions.
