Guided by certified nutrition advisors, detox and fasting leaders, and yoga teachers, you will explore topics such as healthy eating, effective stress reduction, and different fasting methods. The program is enriched with lectures and audiovisual content that also address social and political aspects, while offering valuable key skills.
Look forward to interactive discussion rounds, group work, and the chance to ask all your questions about fasting, nutrition, and stress prevention. Each day begins with an energizing morning walk featuring concentration exercises, qi gong, pilates, or stretching to support a healthy morning routine. Daily movement options also include meditation, yoga, meditative running, hiking, and breathwork to help reduce stress. Every day ends with an inspiring feedback round.
