Note: When choosing your room, you can select between rooms with a private bathroom and rooms with a separate bathroom located in the hallway. Only two rooms, Federleicht and Klarheit, share one bathroom. All accommodations are individually designed and reflect the special charm of the manor house. The listed prices are per room; for double rooms, this applies to two people.

Accommodation: A range of room categories is available: single rooms with en suite bathroom (Geborgenheit, Gelassenheit, Warmherzigkeit, Vertrauen), single rooms with external bathroom (Gemütlichkeit, Glückskind, Innehalten), double rooms with en suite bathroom (Harmonie, Weisheit) or external bathroom (Offenheit), as well as rooms with shared bathroom (Federleicht, Klarheit).

Fasting method: You may choose from several proven approaches, including Dr. Buchinger fasting, interval vegan alkaline fasting, or imitating fasting (fake fasting).

Extension: Would you like to extend your stay? Book additional individual extension days to deepen your fasting experience. Please note the desired extension date in your booking.

Extension location: The extension days take place in Waldbreitbach (VLT), with the option of single or double rooms. Fasting courses with hiking and yoga are also offered there at the Waldbreitbach monastery.
