The workshop takes place at the autumnal equinox, a time when Day and Night are aligned, when Darkness and Light are in balance, and thus a particularly good time for our psyche to rebalance. This workshop is designed to recognise, decipher the symbols we receive during the Dream. In dream constellations we meet experiences, pure energies that want to be recognized and used for transformation, as an additional source of energy. By recovering the dream symbols, we can reconnect with the subconscious resource and use it in the daytime. The dream world is a deep encounter with oneself.

Preparation for sleep is very important, so in this workshop you will learn how to consciously prepare yourself for quality sleep, a journey into the dream world.
