Discovery Matters

Our day retreats provide an accessible, fully guided introduction to psilocybin. In one compact day, you can experience the essence of a multi-day retreat: the setting, the atmosphere, the group dynamic, and personal guidance.

The psilocybin dosage is between micro and macro and lasts for around four hours. This creates space to explore the subconscious, receive fresh insights, or bring earlier realizations back into clear focus. The format is suitable for both experienced travellers and those with no previous psychedelic experience.

Before the day begins, we take plenty of time to explain what to expect and to answer all your questions. This helps you start with confidence and a calm, grounded feeling.

The ceremony is held in our warm and safe yurt, guided by our experienced team. Before and after the session, you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounding nature.

We close the day with a pure, healthy, and delicious meal, supporting gentle integration in a connected way.
