Program: After arrival, there is a warm introduction and careful preparation. Later that same day, you begin your first inner journey. On the second day, we start with a shared breakfast and a sharing session. After that, there is time for a walk or creative integration, such as artwork. You leave for home around 11.30.

My name is Raphaela, and I offer aftercare as a psychologist and coach for MindTravellers.

Through many years of experience as a primary care psychologist and independent coach, I have supported many people in their healing and growth. Through my own experiences with plant medicines, I know how valuable these journeys can be, but also how intense they may feel. Perhaps during a ceremony you gained many insights, yet it also raised many questions. A journey with a plant medicine can bring about a shift in the conscious and subconscious mind that may continue to unfold for a long time.

If you feel a need for support in processing this experience, or if you have questions that deserve professional attention, I can help. The first conversation (30 min) is always non-binding and serves as an introduction as well as a way to clarify your needs. Based on this conversation, we can decide what is needed and how I may be able to support you. This can take place online via video call, and I also have a consultation room in Rotterdam or Dordrecht if preferred.
