Spend two restorative nights in North Devon with a wellness getaway designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel renewed in nature. Set above the coast in a unique tree-top yoga space with sweeping ocean views, this retreat blends yoga, coastal walking, sound healing, sauna time, and the option of cold water dips for those who want an invigorating challenge.
This all-inclusive weekend invites you to explore your wild, free side in the company of like-minded guests. With a balance of relaxed and more adventurous experiences, you can shape the pace of your stay to suit your energy. From morning and sunset yoga to meditative practices and guided walks along the Devon South West Coast Path, each part of the program is designed to support rest, revival, and a deeper connection to yourself and the natural world.
YOGA IN THE TREE TOPS
Begin and end each day with yoga in a light-filled space surrounded by treetops and 360-degree views over the ocean. It is a peaceful setting for switching off, tuning into the breath, and feeling grounded in the body.
The yoga program includes a range of styles, from an energising morning practice to evening Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Sound. You will also experience Synergy, a yoga style that brings together grounding Qi Gong and slow, mindful movement to encourage fluidity and ease.
Between sessions, you are free to enjoy the retreat in your own way. Take a cold plunge and then warm up in the outdoor sauna, linger in bed a little longer, or spend time journaling and simply being. There is also the option to book a massage, with hot stone, Indian head massage, deep tissue, and other treatments available.
DELICIOUS & NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Freshly prepared homemade meals are included throughout your stay, with a focus on mindful eating and nourishing the body from within. Private chefs Beverlee and Jamie will prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and sweet treats for you.
Meals are thoughtfully balanced with protein, complex carbohydrates, and a colourful range of vegetables, along with salads, dips, dressings, chutneys, and other flavourful additions. Inspired by their travels, the chefs aim to delight and inspire your taste buds. Beverlee is a registered Nutritional Therapist, and the retreat is allergy aware with vegan and vegetarian meals available.
LUXURIOUS TRANQUILITY
Your retreat takes place in Lynmouth, North Devon, on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The setting offers cosy hideaways, luxury accommodation, lush gardens, balconies, and a dedicated yoga space immersed in nature. You will also have access to the outdoor sauna and cold plunge, with front-row views of rugged coastline, hiking trails, and wild swimming spots nearby.
Accommodation is in 2- to 3-bed apartments shared with 2 to 6 people, with private and shared rooms available. Meals are enjoyed in the Retreat Hub, a light-filled gathering space with beautiful sunset views over dinner.
