Saturday October 10: 9am to 4:30pm
Celebrate the joy of community during this special daylong retreat centered on meditation, connection, and sangha. The program will weave together periods of silent meditation, group discussion, sacred music, and talks exploring the theme of community. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and deepen your sense of belonging in a supportive setting.
Guests are warmly encouraged to invite friends and contribute a special dish to a shared potluck lunch, adding to the spirit of togetherness throughout the day.
