Experience a Day Retreat on Kauai

These one-day retreats are uniquely designed and available on the island of Kaua'i in Hawai'i.

Choose from full-day or half-day options. Each day retreat offers a safe space for deeper healing, transformation, wellness, guidance, clarity, and inner peace. Held in the sanctuary of this sacred island, the experience invites connection with the natural elements that carry a strong vibration and frequency here.

To move forward within ourselves, we must be willing to face what has arisen in life. From that place, there is an opportunity for our light to move through us more freely and guide the path ahead. Testimonials

Cass: I traveled to the islands to rejuvenate and relax. Little did I know everything would change when I met Aakara. In a couple of words, Aakara changed my life. Aakara's soul reading was one of the most transformative experiences I've ever had. The reading moved me so much that I ended up spending the rest of my vacation with Aakara on her exquisite day retreats. The knowledge Aakara possesses is that of an ancient Kahuna. I learned so much from her and felt so blessed to experience Hawai'i through Aakara.

Daniel, CA CEO of Laloie: Grace Light Wellness is beautiful and open hearted. They assist you with finding your center and embracing life to the fullest with joy and authenticity. They come from a place of love and honesty and truly want to see people thrive. I whole heartedly recommend Aakara for both coaching and retreats.
