Half day & full day Options
Choosing a non-residential visit is convenient and more affordable, and you can return to your own bed at night. Still, something is often lost in the journey back and forth. Staying immersed can help you go deeper, physically as well as emotionally.

The aim is to give digestion a break and support the body’s healing capacity. If that feels too difficult, you may always have some fruit or vegetables, cooked or raw.
Please always follow your doctor’s advice. In principle, yes, it is. After some time on the cleanse, doses may need to be adjusted, so we recommend returning to your physician to check your markers and the correct doses.
No. Portions are generous, so you are unlikely to need more, but you may have less. Typical servings are listed above to set expectations.
Although year-round heating is planned for the future, our pool is currently unheated. It remains accessible 365 days a year.

We are happy to welcome non-residential guests, but the detox process often works best when you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. Staying here may also help you avoid temptation more easily. Travelling back and forth can interrupt the rhythm and depth of the cleanse.
Booking ahead helps ensure we have enough produce for you. However, you may still try to come on the day as long as you let us know by 9am.
