Crown Chakra half day retreat 9 am - 1 pm Saturday 15th October

This half-day retreat in Wiltshire offers a gentle opportunity to explore the Crown chakra, the seventh main chakra, and deepen your awareness of its energy and influence. Taking place from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday 15th October, the experience is designed to help you feel more connected, reflective, and in tune with yourself.

Much of the retreat will be spent outdoors, with time to notice the natural surroundings and the colours and connections associated with this chakra. Shared in the company of like-minded people, it creates a calm and supportive space for learning, presence, and quiet connection with nature.

Refreshments and a snack will be provided. Please wear suitable clothing for spending time outside in mother nature.
