The Rhythm of the Retreat

Each morning begins with a grounding, energizing yoga practice to help center body and mind.

Afternoons bring a balanced mix of curated exploration and spacious free time. You’ll visit beaches, historic towns, and cultural sites, while also having room to rest and wander at your own pace.

There is time to swim in the Adriatic Sea, journal beneath olive trees, nap, reflect, and integrate.

This retreat is intentionally spacious rather than over-scheduled, allowing insight to settle and transformation to unfold naturally.

In the evenings, the pace turns inward through Yoga Nidra meditation and integration circles, creating a supportive and intimate space for whatever is emerging.

The Venus Sequence of the Gene Keys

The Venus Sequence is a reflective pathway within the Gene Keys system that focuses on healing emotional patterns and expanding our capacity for love.

It explores the core relational imprints shaped early in life — the emotional wounds that often influence intimacy, trust, self-worth, and connection.

Through guided reflection, astrology, and group dialogue, you will explore:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are available with monthly and bimonthly options.
