Create Your Life Retreat @CasaConmigo

Every day brings a fresh experience, so no two moments at this retreat will feel the same.

You will enjoy daily detox meals prepared with organic ingredients. An experienced chef will create three delicious vegan meals each day, offering a wide variety of nourishing, healthy dishes.

Drinks and fruit will be available throughout the day.

If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please share them in advance so the menu can be adapted as well as possible to your needs.

The retreat takes place in a private villa with beautiful views over the valley, located near Portimao in the Algarve, Portugal.

It is approximately a 45-minute drive from Faro Airport. Please note that transfer is not included in the price.

If you are arriving via Lisbon Airport, you can take a bus or train to Portimão and then continue by Uber to the villa, which is about a 10-minute drive away.

To make your stay even more special, you may book additional extras at an extra cost, including a private massage, sound healing therapy, or a private life-coaching session.

The retreat also draws on mind-shifting tools and cognitive therapy techniques.

At times, the emotional, mental, or physical challenges we face in this lifetime may be connected to unresolved past-life lessons or experiences.

Past-life regression hypnotherapy supports a deeper journey into the subconscious, helping bring root causes and past-life energies to the surface.

Once awareness arises, it becomes possible to work with and release stuck energy, letting go of identities, beliefs, traumas, and more.

Need to unwind deeply and step out of your mind for a while?

Give yourself this special and restorative moment.

You are also welcome to book a 55-minute therapeutic massage session:

• Aroma Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage

The coaching practices at Create Your Life Retreat are inspired by the life coaching book Create Your Life, written by Alesya Mansurova.

It offers a deeper understanding of the neuroscience behind goal-setting and the meaningful reasons behind planning, while also introducing modern, practical tools for working with your goals.
