Find greater clarity in your relationship so you can make thoughtful, healthy decisions while treating one another with dignity and respect.
This weekend program is designed for couples who are struggling to work through conflict. The challenges may stem from poor communication, an affair, deep frustration, years of “all work and no play,” or the pressure of bringing two new families together. Whatever the situation, you may be questioning whether you want to stay together and how to move forward in a way that reflects the relationship you hope to create. Rather than telling you whether you “should” remain together, the program supports you in reaching your own decision. Along the way, you will gain practical tools, deeper insight, and greater clarity about your relationship.
Couples participate together as a pair in a small group environment with individualized attention. Each couple also receives a private counselling session to address their specific concerns. A variety of exercises will be offered to help bring more clarity to your relationship, including homework to complete outside of session hours.
