Since our founding in 2016, we’ve supported more than 1,300 people through deeply transformative experiences.
More than a ceremony
This is about far more than the psychedelic journey itself. Our structured six-week programme is designed to support real change that lasts.
Better together
Many people arrive feeling unsure about joining a group retreat — and later say the group became one of the most meaningful parts of the whole experience.

Have questions? We’re here to help.
If you’re wondering whether a group experience is the right choice, you’re not alone. In our surveys, the group is the number one concern before the retreat — and also the number one thing people later say made the experience so special. Going through this together can be profoundly healing, with the support of others beside you and the chance to witness and be witnessed. The connections formed here are deep, lasting, and often become an important source of support during integration and beyond.
The retreat lasts five days because the work is about much more than the ceremony. Psychedelics are only one part of the process. Every element has been carefully shaped to help you go deeper, with time for intention setting, integration, and one-on-one support from our onsite team of professional therapists and psychedelic guides. After the ceremony, you’ll also have space to rest, reflect, and enjoy the post-ceremony glow. We’ve refined this approach across at least 100 retreats and found five days to be the ideal length for the best results.
There is only one psilocybin ceremony because it brings up a great deal, and we believe it’s important to have time to process and integrate before going deeper again. Psilocybin also builds tolerance quickly, making multiple ceremonies in a row difficult. This experience is designed to help you uncover meaningful insights and bring them into daily life in a grounded, lasting way.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous. A psilocybin journey can be unpredictable, which is why we create a safe, supported environment with professional therapists and guides. Before you arrive, we’ll already have started working with you — helping you set intentions, answer questions, and feel prepared. If you’d like to discuss whether this is the right fit, we’re happy to talk with you before you join.
If you’ve attended a psychedelic retreat with us or elsewhere before, you’re still welcome. Many guests return to the Core Retreat two, three, or even four times. Each group is different, and each experience is new, even when the overall structure remains the same.
