When a person breathes, new energy comes in naturally, but it is very important to breathe consciously, not just any way, if we breathe any way, we are left with the same problems and beliefs. Many people also hold their breath without noticing it - by locking the breath, tensions, bad and negative thoughts, memories and situations are held in the body.
That's what breathing sessions are for - by changing the breath, the person and their life changes!
Our body, even our thoughts, is a tangible abode, a home of the soul, which is home to thousands of memories that have become imprints of a person's character, behaviour, and even emotions and feelings - in order to RECOVER, we need to let go and forgive, soon....

Headaches, migraine pains, gloomy moods brought on by incessant cobwebs of thoughts day and night. Like a map, the BODY tells the story of all that is crammed deep inside us.
