500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — from foundation to advanced level in one continuous program
Many schools split the journey into a 200-hour course and a later 300-hour return. This training is designed differently: 65 days of uninterrupted study, moving from beginner foundations into advanced teaching without breaking the thread. You begin with limited teaching experience and finish with a Yoga Alliance 500-hour certification, a clearer teaching voice, and a specialization developed with real depth.
The program is led by Aditya Ratudi, who has more than ten years of experience teaching and training teachers. He personally oversees the full arc from day 1 through day 65, so the same teacher who sees your first attempts at cueing also sees you lead a full workshop weeks later. That continuity is central to the experience.
This is for students who want to commit fully to an advanced teaching credential without dividing the process into separate trips, deposits, or adjustment periods. It is also a strong fit for those who see teaching as a serious path, people in a meaningful life transition, and practitioners coming from another movement background who want one complete foundation-to-advanced journey.
No prior yoga teaching experience is required. What is required is a genuine commitment to 65 days of daily work.
The course includes 500 contact hours across 65 days, combining what would typically be a 200-hour foundation course and a 300-hour advanced course into one enrollment. It follows Yoga Alliance’s RYT-500 standard.
The first 25 days cover asana, alignment, teaching basics, philosophy, anatomy, mobility, meditation, and your first teaching practicum. The next 40 days deepen into advanced asana, sequencing, applied anatomy, pranayama, subtle body study, a specialization track, and sustained teaching practice that leads to workshops and multi-class arcs.
There is one full rest day plus a half-day review between the two phases, while the cohort, studio, and lead teacher remain the same throughout.
Each day begins with pranayama and breathwork, followed by asana practice, hands-on adjustment work, and afternoon study in philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. In the evening, you teach. The teaching practicum grows from simple cueing to leading full specialty workshops by the end of the course.
If you choose accommodation packages, vegetarian meals, tea, coffee, light snacks, room accommodation, laundry service, and studio access outside scheduled hours are included.
