With a lighter schedule and plenty of open space, you’ll have time to rest, sleep in, journal, spend time in nature, and connect with other women—or simply enjoy the stillness. There’s no pressure to perform or keep up. Instead, you’re invited to soften, exhale, and allow both body and mind to unwind.

Meet Your Host: Casie HALL

Casie Hall is the founder of Nectar Flow Yoga, a studio and training center serving the Spicewood, Texas community and beyond. With a strong background in education and a lifelong love of movement, she brings anatomy, alignment, and adaptability into her teaching so students feel both supported and safe.

Her path from classroom teaching to yoga reflects a deep commitment to learning and growth. Drawing from a range of yoga traditions, Casie blends functional movement, philosophy, and playful exploration into her classes, with a special appreciation for inversions and mindful sequencing. For her, yoga is more than postures—it is a practice of connection, self-discovery, and presence.

This retreat is co-hosted by the Retreat Ranch team to help ensure a seamless and supportive experience. You’ll also be joined by Lily, the Activities Coordinator and Operations Manager; Johnna, the Guest Relations Coordinator; Robin from the on-site team; and Josh, the Facilities Manager, who will be available if anything comes up so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.

Room Type & Cost:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. All prices are per person.

Changes/Cancellations

Plans can change, but due to the nature of these services, all bookings are final and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes, including family, health, death, and other emergency situations.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required to help protect your investment and cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note this retreat is designed for women ages 21 and over unless otherwise agreed upon. No animals are allowed at the location, including service animals. The ranch is also home to wildlife such as deer, foxes, and snakes, so please use caution if you encounter animals on the property.

Check-in at 4pm and after

Saturday

7am–9am come-and-go breakfast
8am optional horse yoga
