Pause, breathe, and give yourself permission to come first. This women’s retreat in Thailand is designed for those who have spent years caring for everyone else and are now ready to reconnect with their own needs, desires, and inner light.
Across seven nights in a beautiful beachfront setting, you’ll step away from the demands of daily life and into a space of yoga, reflection, healing, and joy. This is an invitation to release stress, soften your guard, and rediscover the version of yourself that feels calm, clear, and fully alive.
Each day supports transformation through heart-opening yoga, meditation, manifestation workshops, and time to explore the natural and cultural beauty of Thailand. You’ll also have space for rest, self-discovery, and meaningful connection with a group of like-minded women walking a similar path.
Expect a nourishing blend of movement and restoration, including Radiant Flow Vinyasa Yoga, deeply restorative yoga, Roll & Restore with myofascial self-massage, and Yoga Nidra meditation. The experience also includes a Thai Yoga Massage Workshop, an Awaken & Rediscover Workshop, and a Manifestation Workshop to help you align with your intentions and step into your next chapter with confidence.
The retreat also offers luxurious spa experiences, with three treatments included, plus a herbal steam room session to further support relaxation and renewal. Beyond the retreat center, you’ll enjoy an island boat adventure in Ang Thong National Marine Park, a Buddhist temple walk, and an enchanting night market excursion. A curated gift is also included.
