Rachel will thoughtfully prepare flowers, plant oils, crystals, and guided journeys tailored to your soul’s needs or personal intention. A sacred space will be created with blankets, pillows, bolsters, and scented eye pillows so you can fully receive and let go. Each sound journey is unique, blending light language, toning, crystalline singing bowls, chimes, rattles, or sansulas.
Afterwards, healing tea will be shared, offering space to reflect on what surfaced during the session and to receive any further soul messages.
