This retreat offers a playful, restorative way to reconnect with the body through water, movement, and stillness. Across the days, participants will have the chance to enjoy several swims in nearby lochs and rivers, along with other explorations of water and wet landscapes that invite a fresh sense of presence and vitality.
Daily guided movement sessions will support embodiment, awareness, and an easier connection to physical experience. Alongside this, the program includes introductory meditation teaching, a daily shared meditation practice, and a practical, contemporary exploration of selected traditional Buddhist teachings. Together, these elements create a balanced rhythm of activity and reflection, offering space to deepen mindfulness while staying grounded in the natural environment.
Designed for those drawn to both movement and quiet contemplation, the retreat encourages participants to slow down, tune in, and experience the healing qualities of nature in a simple and accessible way.
