Delivered across 8 days in four weekends, this accredited gong training is rooted in a profound lineage of gong and sacred sound healing associated with Don Conreaux, the originator of Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance, Gong Puja, and the Gong Master title. The course is designed as both a spiritual journey and a deeply transformative learning experience, drawing on ancient traditions, ceremony, and therapeutic application.
Alongside instrument technique and facilitation skills, students are introduced to a spiritual, energetic, and healing framework that supports confident, ethical practice. By the end of the training, participants will be prepared to facilitate 1:1 gong sound healing sessions, group gong ceremonies, sacred sound healing rituals, and professional-standard work aligned with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).

Our Training Philosophy
Our teaching is shaped by established practitioners, recognised complementary medicine organisations, and our own professional clinical and therapeutic experience. The course draws on a wide range of influences, including Don Conreaux’s pioneering gong sound healing work, studies at Hawkwood College in the UK, Reiki practice and teaching, spiritual and earth-based healing with Martin Pretchel in New Mexico, links with the Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary, and the philosophy of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers (NFSH).
Clinical & Professional Background
This training is informed by Martin’s many years of spiritual shamanic teaching in South America and Libby’s conventional healthcare knowledge, together with extensive experience at the Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary and the NFSH. Libby is a Registered Nurse, teacher, and Integrative Health Practitioner, bringing together holistic and sound-based practices in a grounded professional context.
The course is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), an international professional body committed to ethical, responsible, and professional complementary medicine practice. Between weekends, students are supported with journaling, case studies, and additional homework assignments.

Gong Master Healer Course Testimonies
“What an amazing course Martin and Libby, from a lad that walked in on the first session full of self doubt in himself and not much confidence. To someone who now stands a little taller you have taught me so much in these last four months that I am truly grateful to you both and to all the lovely souls who also took part in this life changing journey. It really has been a transformative journey I cannot thank you all enough.”
