* The food is vegetarian, healthy, and as organic as possible. If the harvest is abundant, we may also enjoy vegetables and herbs from our own organic vegetable garden, except in winter. Please let us know in advance about any food allergies. Vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free preferences can also be taken into account. Breakfast and lunch are self-catered, with all ingredients available in the kitchen; for lunch, I will often bring a homemade soup the day before. Dinner will be prepared and served by me.
