Set on Bali’s Nusa Lembongan, this retreat combines yoga, freediving, and time to slow down in a beautiful island setting at Yoga Bliss Lembongan.
Guests can join daily yoga classes at 8 am and 5 pm with experienced yoga teachers, and the schedule also includes private classes. The atmosphere is designed to be flexible and personal, with Freedom Retreats that allow you to begin on any date that suits you, subject to availability.
Rather than following a fixed group program, you choose how your days unfold. Some guests come for rest and recovery, while others are drawn to movement, breathwork, and the chance to explore freediving. It is common to arrive alone and leave with new friendships formed along the way.
Retreat options
The intro to freediving is ideal for anyone curious about the practice without committing to anything intense or time-consuming. The session begins with simple theory and then moves into a relaxed pool experience, guided by an experienced freediving instructor. There is no certification and no pressure to perform; if you enjoy it, you can upgrade to an ocean dive or full Level 1 certification.

Justine Cardona is the Retreat Coordinator and teaches Vinyasa, Power, and Yin Yoga. She encourages students to move beyond perceived limitations while keeping the experience safe and supportive, and she is available to answer questions throughout your stay.
