Your orientation begins at breakfast on Monday with your own Wellness Concierge. Over the following six days, the focus shifts to fitness training, designed to challenge you and leave you feeling refreshed, motivated, and ready to get back on track. The experienced team will talk through your goals and preferences, helping you leave with a stronger sense of determination and a renewed appetite for more.
You are welcome to engage as much or as little as you like, with a tailored experience that suits your current fitness level.
Between daily spa treatments and relaxing pool time, you may also choose one of the recommended off-site activities for a more adventurous experience.
