Join Camino al Sol for a special five-night yagé retreat in the mountains of Colombia, created in collaboration with Kapary, a seven-member Kichwa-Andean ensemble from Bogotá.
Rooted in respect for tradition and participant safety, the retreat includes three traditional Colombian yagé ceremonies, preparation, integration, shared accommodation, nourishing meals, and transportation from Medellín or the airport.
During two of the three ceremonies, Kapary accompanies the ceremonial process with live Kichwa-Andean music, creating a rare meeting between two living traditions while Camino al Sol’s experienced ceremonial leaders continue to guide every aspect of the retreat.
Experience a small-group retreat where nature, community, ancestral wisdom, and music come together in an atmosphere designed to support deep personal reflection and meaningful integration.
Important note for women:
In the lineage practiced at Camino al Sol, participation in ceremonies during menstruation is not permitted.
If your cycle overlaps with the retreat dates, you will not be able to take part in the ceremonies.
We recommend checking your cycle before booking and choosing retreat dates that align with this guideline. If you are unsure, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to help you choose suitable dates.
