Discover how to finally give yourself permission to be exactly who you are.
The six-step Choose Again process is designed to transform limiting beliefs in a fast and effective way.
From childhood, each of us begins forming beliefs about who we are and who we should be. As children, we all need to learn how to navigate the world and build relationships with others. Some of these beliefs are helpful, but many are not. Together, they become the lens through which we see the world, as well as the imprint that shapes how we want to be approached and treated. And then we realize: we do have a choice. Do we keep holding on, or can we begin to feel who we truly are? You come to understand that you no longer have to be a slave to your beliefs. The Six Steps are created to support a true path toward freedom.
Through the six steps, you explore yourself with kindness, allowing you to re-discover the truth of who you are and release false, unhelpful ideas about yourself.
