



When you learn to guide your breath, no circumstance can take away your peace. Leave the busy weekend behind and arrive this Wednesday evening for a relaxing Kundalini Yoga session. This welcoming series of ten classes is designed to deepen awareness and reveal your inner strength.
Throughout this journey through body and mind, you will explore several powerful breathwork techniques that support balance and vitality. You will be introduced to the calming Nadi Shodhana, the energizing Kapalabhati, the intense Breath of Fire, and the deep Ujjayi. These practices help release tension and keep the mind clear.
Classes take place from 19:00 to 20:30. The series is available for € 115,- on site, including ten sessions and valid for four months. Come and experience how conscious breathing can have an immediate positive effect on your wellbeing and inner calm.
