Are you looking for a way to feel more joy in life and reconnect with a sense of passion for living? Discover the power of Emotional Bodywork and explore how this transformative approach can support you in reaching that state of being. You can also watch the videos on YouTube to get a first impression of this method.
In this series of lectures, you are invited on a beautiful journey of discovery toward your own heart. You may come to understand what your heart truly needs, what helps it flourish, and what it secretly longs for. When you live from the heart, you experience how connection with others can arise naturally from within yourself. Then everything begins to flow more freely, including the willingness to show your vulnerability instead of hiding it.
How do we stay connected to the heart, even in the face of life’s challenges? During these evenings, you rediscover yourself through playful body-based contact exercises, breathwork, and relaxation practices—in short: Emotional Bodywork. This is a ten-evening journey, a journey for yourself and through yourself.
How does this method work?
We can broadly divide the body into three important areas: the lower part, the middle, and the upper part. Due to our Western lifestyle, seated work, limited movement, insufficient breathing, and a great deal of mental effort, an imbalance between these three areas can easily develop.
Tension appears not only on a physical level, but also mentally and emotionally. This becomes visible in the body in very concrete ways:
Why Emotional Bodywork? With this approach, you discover in a relaxed atmosphere how to relate to your feelings. When feelings and emotions are ignored or overwhelm you, they cost enormous amounts of energy. By moving, you literally set what has been held in place back into motion. By breathing more intensely, you come into closer contact with what is alive within you, and by making sound, you give it space.
There is also an introductory session on Monday 8 April 2019 from 19:30 to 21:30.
