Step into a professional path in breathwork facilitation
If you feel called to guide others through breathwork as a meaningful responsibility, this training has been created with you in mind.
The Breathless Facilitator Training is a 10-week certification designed to help you enter breathwork facilitation with confidence, clarity, and integrity. You’ll learn how to lead sessions safely and effectively, drawing on research, lived experience, and practical application.
This training is not about memorising scripts or collecting techniques. Instead, it focuses on presence, reading the room, and holding space in a way that is ethical, embodied, and genuinely supportive.
Two ways to train
Both pathways lead to the same certification and core curriculum. What differs is the way you experience the journey.
Choose the format that best suits your lifestyle, learning preferences, and desired level of immersion.
Online Training Track
A fully supported 10-week online pathway that includes:
This option is ideal if you want flexibility while still staying closely connected to the learning process and the group.
Hybrid Training Track
Online Training + In-Person Mountain Immersion
This pathway includes everything in the Online Training Track, plus a four-day in-person immersion in the Snowy Mountains.
It is designed for those who want to bring the work fully into the body, practise facilitation in person, and receive direct, grounded feedback in a contained environment.
The Mountain Immersion
The Mountain Immersion is where the training deepens.
Held in the Snowy Mountains at The Shed at Lake Crackenback Resort, with accommodation at Pender Lea Chalets, this four-day experience offers the space to slow down and step fully into the role of facilitator.
You’ll practise guiding breathwork sessions, experience the work from both sides, and receive feedback that helps refine your presence and confidence. The environment is intentionally supportive, allowing you to integrate what you’ve learned without distraction.
This is not about performance. It is about embodiment, awareness, and learning to trust yourself in the role.
Your learning journey
Your training begins as soon as you enrol.
Inside the Academy, you’ll move through a structured curriculum covering breathwork techniques, nervous system regulation, facilitation skills, ethics, and practical application. The live calls are where theory meets experience, giving you space to practise, ask questions, and reflect alongside your cohort.
This is an experiential training. You won’t just learn about breathwork. You’ll work with it, be guided through it, and gradually grow into leading it.
After certification
Certification is not the finish line.
Graduates remain connected to the Breathless ecosystem, with ongoing access to learning materials and invitations to future trainings and refreshers. Many facilitators begin offering sessions soon after completing the program, while continuing to deepen their skills through ongoing practice and community.
The intention is simple: you are supported beyond the training, not sent on your way alone.
Ready to begin?
If something here resonates, trust that.
You do not need to have every step planned. You only need to be willing to show up, breathe, and begin.
