ChoZen Forest Bathing

Step into the quiet beauty of the ChoZen sanctuary and reconnect with nature through the Japanese practice of Shin-rin Yoku. This grounding workshop offers a gentle journey into mindfulness, silence, and earth art, inviting you to slow your pace and fully arrive in the present moment.

During this immersive experience, you’ll be encouraged to breathe deeply, look up at the clouds, and explore the healing benefits of forest bathing in a peaceful natural setting. You’ll also create an earth mandala and deepen your connection to the living world around you by learning to name each element with care and intention.

Designed to support stress reduction, immune health, and inner calm, this workshop blends nature, awareness, and creative expression into one restorative experience. Come with an open heart and mind, and allow the forest to offer its quiet medicine.
