The Samudra Experience is a seven day spiritual, slow living and life-reset retreat held on the island of Gozo, Malta, in the Mediterranean. It is designed for people who feel the need to slow down, reset their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves during periods of burnout, transition, or inner re-orientation.

Rather than offering a high-intensity or performance-based programme, the Samudra Experience provides a contained, supportive environment where change unfolds through rest, presence, embodiment, and daily life integration.

Daily Rhythm & Retreat Practices

Each day follows a slow and spacious rhythm.

Practices are trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed, with an emphasis on choice, pacing, and safety rather than intensity.

Three Personal Treatments Included

Each participant receives three individual therapy sessions during the retreat.

02 / Tarot Reading - Psycho-spiritual inquiry to dismantle belief structures and clarify inner truth

03 / Energy Healing - Releasing stagnation and open the subtle pathways of the heart

These one-to-one sessions provide space for personal attention, rest, and deeper integration alongside the group experience.
