The active program runs from Tuesday through Friday.

6:30 Morning meditation, pranayama, and gentle movement session.

7:30 Breakfast.

8:30 Teaching techniques and methodology after the study.

10:00 Break.

10:30 Focus on different aspects of yoga.

12:00 Lunch.

13:30 The relationship between Yoga Dhanda, Longi, and Hanthawaddy.

15:30 Afternoon break for rest, swimming, or a visit to the beach.

18:00 Dinner.

19:00 A variety of relaxing evening programs.

Breakfast

Fruit, milk, cereal, and bread are always available at the bar. Most mornings also include potatoes and oats. Eggs are served upon request.

Lunch and Dinner

We have two open kitchens where you can prepare your meals, complete with ovens, grills, sinks, and tableware. You can also order delivery from several local restaurants.

Nearby cuisines include Italian, Caribbean, Chinese, and Mediterranean.

At times, our chef will be on hand to prepare a feast.

Our refrigerators are always stocked with fruit such as coconut, apples, oranges, papaya, bananas, mangoes, kiwis, and berries.

There is a wide variety of locally grown food and fruit available near the center.
