Tatto Interno Module 1 — Residential
Tatto Interno is an experiential, hands-on approach that brings together movement and perception, placing bodily intelligence at the center and exploring how tissues respond to stimuli from the body, the mind, and the outer environment. This practice supports movement that is deeply connected to balance, wellness, presence, and relationship with others and with space.
The residential Module 1 is the first of three modules within the complete training path, and it takes place as an 8-day residential retreat. Designed as an immersive experience, it offers direct and in-depth contact with the fundamental principles of Tatto Interno, laying the groundwork for fascia awareness and movement perception.
The work will focus on core principles: developing and refining somatic awareness, sensing fascial responses to stimuli, and understanding how these responses become movement in order to create connection and coherence within the body-mind system.
Alongside the foundations of personal practice, Module 1 also develops partner work, a supportive tool for guiding and assisting other people in practice.
The workshop is open to everyone.
