Are you hoping to make a fresh start in your lifestyle, but unsure where to begin?
Do healthy routines tend to slip away before they become second nature?
Or are you simply curious to explore wellness topics such as exercise, nutrition, or mental health practices?
Wherever you are right now, if you want to feel more empowered, this weekend is designed to give you a practical wellbeing toolkit to reset and take charge of the way you live.
What is HealthTribe's Wellbeing Reset? More than a retreat, it is an immersive weekend with a group of expert holistic coaches offering a transformative programme of practical ideas and strategies to help you create lifestyle habits that can support you for years to come.
Built around HealthTribe's simple Four Doctors Philosophy, the weekend is intended to shift and strengthen your choices around diet, movement, sleep, and mental and emotional health.
To help support the integration of these habits, the programme also includes energy-balancing Kundalini yoga, the healing resonance of singing bowls and gong bath, the embodied energy cultivation of qigong, and the powerful practice of working out.
You may choose to fully immerse yourself and stay at the Quadrangle, with arrival from 6pm on Friday evening.
Please note: for those arranging their own accommodation, arrival is between 8.00am and 8.30am on Saturday for a 9.00am start.
